During this Beginner Armbalance workshop Elle explains different techniques and gives tips and tricks on how to hop on your hands and find balance. Elle takes you through different poses that will set you up for our peakpose: the fun and a little daring Crow pose (Bakasana).
Level: This is a class meant for beginners and for yogis that like to dive into the basics more.

We've all been there. During this workshop, Rita Gillan, physiotherapist and yoga teacher, will guide you in a sequence of movement medicine to help ease your discomfort and empower you to take prevention into your own hands. Expect to discover plenty of desk worker counterposes to help you feel more free in your body as well as nourishing restorative poses to calm your mind.

What is Yoga Tune Up? It is a practice that can be described as "Conscious Fitness", aiming at reducing pain, improving posture, and enhancing performance, using yoga postures, strength exercises, massage therapy balls and breathing techniques. We will cover various facts about the body and movement, and we will move through a full body exploration using those techniques.
Level: Suited for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

In this series of yoga classes we will focus on a different part of the body every week learning how to strengthen, stretch and or relax this part in a safe way. Starting at the legs, working our way up through, hips, lower back, abs, upper back, chest, arms and neck and head.
Level: All-level. This class holds a mix of beginner and some advanced poses, wich makes this class suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yogi's.
Cost: 11,00 per class or buy a 5 yoga class pass for €47,50 (€9,50 per class)

Course • Discover the basics of yoga through Hatha, yin and vinyasa

These yoga classes are part of a 9-week yoga program, in which we explore the basics of yoga along three different styles of yoga:
Hatha yoga; is the most common style of yoga and is a slower style of yoga practice. Vinyasa yoga; is a dynamic form of yoga practice whereby breath and poses work together. Yin yoga; is a slow and more static form of yoga, with relaxing postures. Join all to find out what style fits you most!
Level: This is a class meant for beginners that haven’t practiced yoga before and for regular practitioners that like to dive into the basics more.
