These are the general terms and conditions used by yellow yoga, which are published on the website of yellow yoga, at www.yellowyoga.nl/terms.

TERMS:

Yellow yoga: yellow yoga is located in Groningen at the Eerste Drift Gedempte Zuiderdiep 3, 9711 CR and is registered in the Chamber of Commerce Trade Register under number 73027499.

Participant: the person who signs up for, or follows a workshop, event, session or class organised or hosted by yellow yoga.

CONDITIONS:

The general terms and conditions shall apply to all participants, by participating in a single lesson, workshop, trial lesson or training, the participant agrees to the applicability of these general terms and conditions. By applying or signing up for a class, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Yellow yoga can change these terms and conditions. The latest version of the general terms and conditions is always the current version and is available on the website.


A reservation for a session or event can be made in advance via the website. The amount of available spots will be listed in real time, if there are no spots left on the website, it means that the session or event is fully booked. In case a session or event is fully booked, you may sign up for a waiting list. The waiting list is not on a queue base, but is merely a reminder service for when a spot opens up. If one of the enlisted participants cancels, a spot will open up and we send everyone on the waiting list a reminder of the open spot. The first person to sign up for the spot will be registered as a participant.


All participants must always follow the following house rules.

— COVID-19 Regulations —

For as long as COVID-19 regulations are in place, participants agree to comply to all COVID-19 regulations currently in place. This includes keeping the mandated distance of 1.5 meters to other participants, washing hands and notifying health conditions prior to class. 

Yellow yoga makes yoga mats available for use during the class. This mat must always be cleaned by the participant after use. Cleaning supplies are provided by yellow yoga.

Sexually tinged behaviour will not be tolerated. The personal integrity of participants should always be respected. Any participant that engages in sexually tinged behaviour will be immediately expelled and permanently banned from participating in any future sessions, events, workshops and events hosted or organised by yellow yoga.

Yellow yoga reserves the right to refuse participants who, in its opinion, are not in a position to participate. Yellow yoga holds the right to refuse or ban any participants from any sessions, events, workshops and classes hosted or organised by yellow yoga without further explanation.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

If a session, event, workshop or class hosted by yellow yoga is cancelled by yellow yoga, participants will receive a corresponding credit in their account. If a participant prefers to receive a monetary refund, they can request one by sending en email to info@yellowyoga.nl These credits will be valid for at least 3 months.

If a participant wishes to cancel a booking for a session, class or workshop, they are required to do this at least 3 hours prior to the start of the session, class or workshop in order to receive a corresponding credit in their account. If a participant does not show up for a session, class or workshop, or cancels their booking within 3 hours from the start of the session, class or workshop they do not receive a refund or booking credit.

For events such as retreats and festivals, custom cancellation policies apply which will be described in the booking process. 

DISCLAIMER:

Yellow yoga accepts no liability for physical and / or mental injury or injuries, loss or damage, related to attending lessons and/or participation to workshops, events, sessions or classes at, or provided by, yellow yoga. 

Yellow yoga works with qualified teachers and always provides lessons and workshops of high quality. However, there is a risk of injury or damage during a class or event. By participating in a workshop, event, session or class at, or provided by yellow yoga, the participant accepts this risk of damage and/or injury. Yellow yoga advises the following to reduce the risk of injury or injury: 

Consult a physician before joining a class, workshop, i other event hosted by yellow yoga.

If you're pregnant, if you have recently been pregnant (within the last 6 months, or still breastfeeding) or if you have an injury, or any other physical discomfort, always report it prior the start of a workshop, event, session or class to the relevant teacher. Listen carefully to the instructions of the instructor in question. Listen carefully to the signals from your body and act on this carefully. Carry out the exercises carefully and take your physical limitations into account. Do not do any exercises that are painful for you. Ask questions when you don't fully understand what to do.

Yellow yoga collects personal data of the students and participants for administrative purposes, for the execution of payments and for marketing future events. Yellow yoga is careful with this collection of personal data and always complies with the provisions of the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Yellow yoga uses the personal data mentioned above also to inform participants about the activities of yellow yoga and possible changes in, for example, the timetable. If the participant does not wish to receive communication from yellow yoga, opting out can be done through an unsubscribe link in one of the emails or by an e-mail to: info@yellowyoga.nl. The participant is aware that in the case of opting out, they might miss opportunities to participate in events.

Yellow yoga never shares the personal data of participants with third parties without prior written consent by the participant.

The General Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
