The first time I practiced yoga, I did a breathing- and relaxing exercise and it was a magical experience. Ever since yoga intrigued me, and I started to practice from time to time, embracing the calmness and relaxation that it brought me. This intrigue grew out to a passion and I decided to deepen my practice with a yoga teacher training. I have now founded my own studio where I share my passion for yoga. Hope to meet you soon in person at one of the classes!

My interest in yoga began when I was a student. In the time, I occasionally went to yogaclasses mainly as a form of exercise. Over the years my interest in yoga grew and I discovered that yoga is much more than a physical practice. In 2019 I traveled to India for a teacher training (Hatha and Vinyasa) at Earth Yoga Village in Goa in order to deepen my practice. It was a wonderful experience to intensively live the yogic lifestyle and I discovered a new way of approaching life, which I love to share with others. Besides teaching yoga, I work as a medical doctor in diabetes rehabilitation. My mission is to integrate yoga into western medicine, especially in the treatment of diabetes.

Hi, i’m Fardau! If you’d told me just a few years ago that I would end up teaching yoga, I would never have believed you. Well, surprise! My style varies from slow-paced beginner classes to more challenging dynamic flows, or a mix of both. Yoga is for everyone, and I like to make sure everybody knows that. Expect detailed instruction, lots of options for every level and a smile on your face after class. Hope to see you soon!

Yoga became an important part of my life as it became a refuge from the stress of studying in accountancy. It has then evolved into an introduction to being conscious of my health and well-being, now being a source for strength, agility, and peace of mind. I became increasingly interested in the practice, eventually deciding to share with others what this practice is to me. My classes range from Yin yoga to Vinyasa flows, with hints of Yoga Tune Up, all based on thoughtful and intelligent sequencing for strength, agility and mindfulness. My main goal as a yoga teacher is to guide you through fun and safe movement while cultivating presence.

"It is my greatest joy to share my passion for mindful movement as a mode for self-discovery and embodiment. My classes are guided by my ability to apply anatomy and physiology in an accessible and functional way for any level of student. Come as you are, be curious, and leave a little more connected to your essence." Rita is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher.
