Hey there Rebel Yogi!
What kind of a year was this? It feels like we’ve taken a couple
too many spins on the ‘merry-go-around’ and we’re left feeling disoriented, spinning and a little lost. Whenever we feel like that we’re so happy we can return to our yoga practise to ground, reconnect with ourselves and take a breather. 

We think you might feel the same way so we’ve organised a yoga retreat. Treat Yo Self by retreating yourself from your busy life and join us on this short break filled with yoga, relaxation and a bit of adventure. 

Yellow Yoga and Rebel Rebel Hostel will host the retreat at the hostel in Groningen.

A weekend where you will be enjoying yoga classes on our beach, sleeping in our container dorm rooms and we will be stuffing you with delicious vegan food. And because we can’t yoga all day, there are also other activities like a walk in nature, canoeing, getting a massage (why not) and DIY-workshops. And if you’ve never been to the city of Groningen, that’s definitely worth a visit too.

Retreat Details

♢ Yoga
There will be 4 all-level yoga sessions included in the retreat. We’re going to explore different yoga styles and with sunny weather we’ll be outside on the beach.

Please inform the yoga teachers if you have any injuries.

♢ Activities
None of the activities are mandatory of course. Please feel free to join the things you like or spend some free time however you want to.

♢ Food
We will be serving you some yummy vegan meals and snacks so no need to think about that at all. If you have any dietary wishes or allergies, please inform us! Coffee and tea or water is available for you day and night. Drinks at the bar are not included.

♢ Sleeping
Rebel Rebel is a unique container hostel in Groningen. You can either book a private room (for 2 people) or a bed in the dorm rooms. In this case you will have 2 other roommates (max). 
There’s no need to bring anything because the beds are made and towels are provided. But we do recommend flip flops and a bathrobe because the bathroom facilities are in a separate container.
The bathroom is shared (also for the private room).

♢ Camping
Do you have your own campervan? Please contact us about a special offer!

♢ Day-ticket
Do you live in Groningen and still want to (re) TREAT YO SELF? Buy a Day ticket or Weekend ticket and sleep in your own bed. (limited amount of tickets available)

♢ Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 14 days before the start of the retreat without any costs. Cancellations made after that are non refundable. So be sure to cancel in time, but we'd rather you just come

♢ Covid-19
We will make sure to comply with all the safety measures from our local government regarding Covid-19. We will keep you updated about any changes.
